The debate tonight is going to be the opportunity for Palin to turn the tide and get herself and McCain back on the win track. She has a lot of pep and a real ability to connect with people, more than any other VP candidate that I can remember, and that makes her the perfect choice to be along McCain's side. I don't get text messages from her, but I do feel that she understands the needs of me, the average citizen.
